Therapeutic Approach

I bring years of clinical experience as a Couple and Family Therapist, having worked across private practice, relationship counselling NGOs, early parenting centres, and child and adolescent mental health services. My approach is warm, grounded, and genuinely curious—I’m here to understand, not to judge.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting and talking for an hour straight (unless that’s your thing). I like to mix it up, get creative, and find a rhythm that actually works for you.

People often tell me I’m a straight shooter—which I think is necessary for real talk, and because I know your time, energy, money and emotional bandwidth are precious. Let’s make it count.

I work with individuals on relationship-focused goals, as well as with couples and families navigating the many moving parts of life together. I have a strong background in working with children and adolescents, and I’m especially passionate about supporting parents as they move through the messiness and magic of family life—because let’s face it, staying connected while juggling nap schedules, school runs, and your own sense of identity is no small task.

Whether you’re figuring out how to parent as a team, reconnect after a rough patch, or just breathe a little easier at home—I’m here to help make those relationships feel more steady, more supportive, and a lot more you.

I offer face-to-face therapy in Spotswood, with online availability also.
